Taka Bets Terms & Conditions – What you need to know before using the platform

Taka Bets is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. The following fundamental terms apply at all times when using this platform. These terms take effect the moment you sign up with Taka Bets and remain in force for as long as your account is active.

Taka Bets is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. Proof of age is required during identity verification.

• Each person may open one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Taka Bets serves only individuals residing in Bangladesh.
• Exploiting any platform feature or bug is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets is strictly prohibited.

To open an account with Taka Bets, you must register with accurate personal information and complete the identity verification process. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for security purposes and is also required to comply with Bangladesh's financial regulations.

Registration creates an initial account with your mobile number and password. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal – typically completed using a National ID (NID) or passport.

• Any attempt to verify an account using someone else's identity documents will result in permanent account closure.
• If multiple accounts are found to have been opened using the same identity documents, all associated accounts will be closed.

There are a few fundamental rules to follow when placing bets on Taka Bets. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, so make sure to review all details carefully before submitting.

The minimum bet at Taka Bets is ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final – confirmed bets are not affected by any subsequent odds changes.

If a match is cancelled, suspended, or does not start at the scheduled time, bets placed on that market are generally refunded. However, exceptions may apply – for example, in cricket, if a match is halted by rain after a certain number of overs, the result may be determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method.

All financial transactions on Taka Bets are conducted in BDT. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Taka Bets only approves withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit – this is in place to prevent money laundering.

Deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is pending or unusual activity is detected.

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Claiming multiple bonuses on a single deposit is generally not permitted.
• If an attempt to abuse a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• For referral bonuses, both parties must complete the verification process.

Taka Bets reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances. This is not only about enforcing the rules – it is also necessary to protect the interests of all users on the platform.

• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions (bonus arbitrage).
• Using automated bots to place bets.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Hacking an account or attempting to access another user's account.

Before closing an account, Taka Bets will generally notify the user by email and give them an opportunity to respond. If no wrongdoing is established during the investigation, the account will be reinstated.
